CAMP CATERING
Camp Catering. In 2021 we fed 12,000 fire fighters in five camps over 75 days in BC. We served 35,000 meals in five reforestation camps and ran three logging camps serving a combined 105 people per night.
Blue Collar Group will provide delicious, nutritious and flavourful meals to meet the daily caloric needs of the crew. Additional gourmet options can be provided if requested and would require an additional quote. |
"After 9 years in fire, I can easily say that that was the best fire camp food that I have ever had. I was only there for dinners, but the quality, nutritional value, and taste were incredible. As a vegetarian with 2 vegans on my crew, they had veg protein in each meal, lots of vegetable variety and you could taste it... I had to express our gratitude for the nutritious, filling, HEALTHY (!) food provided by Blue Collar. If there are any other opportunities to get this company back, I would highly recommend. All of the crews and people we ran into on the complex were talking about it.
And to whoever found and hired these people—thank you! It made the last pull easier by feeling properly nourished, as well as having good food to look forward to at the end of the day." Kaley Cochrane SALMON ARM FIRE CAMP |
