Training
Blue Collar requires all employees to participate in training prior to the first day of planting. It is also expected that planters will review safety and company policies available online. Follow the link above to the Planter Training page to access the information available and spend some time familiarizing yourself with our updated policies.
Shifts and hours of work
We work 4 and 1 shifts and generally leave camp at 6:30 in the morning and leave the block at 5:00 in the afternoon. If required we may take 2 days off halfway through the contract.
Payroll
We will be paying bi-weekly through electronic fund transfers and will email your pay stub to your email account so you can ensure we don’t overpay you. If we do make an error, let us know and we can deal with it immediately.
